<image:title>The Blog - The Random Flowers (and What They Taught Me About Business)</image:title>
<image:caption>Last weekend, after a long, chaotic week, I woke up to a text and a missed call from my neighbor (and friend), Haley. “I have flowers for you.” No special occasion. Nothing to celebrate. Just a beautiful gesture. A gesture that made me feel seen. Thought of. Cared for. It wasn’t about the flowers, it was about the intentionality. It was about someone going out of their way, with no expectation of anything in return, just to bring joy. It reminded me that the smallest acts of kindness can have the biggest impact, not just in our personal lives, but in business too. Think about it. A quick check-in call. A handwritten thank you note. Remembering a birthday. Asking how someone’s parent is doing after surgery. These things don’t show up in sales or revenue. But they do build relationships. And relationships build trust, loyalty, and momentum. We often think success is built in meetings, business dinners, and Teams calls. But the foundation is laid in moments like these; small, human touches that say: “I see you. You matter.” Haley reminded me that community isn’t built all at once; it’s built one thoughtful moment at a time. And that kind of connection isn’t just good for the soul, it’s good for business, too. So here’s my challenge to you: do one small thing today to brighten someone else’s day; no agenda, no expectation, just joy.</image:caption>

<image:title>The Blog - Bloom Anyway - If you know me, you know I love the deck.</image:title>
<image:caption>It’s my little sanctuary, where I go to slow down, sip my coffee, and take in the world around me. From that very spot, I watched this one tree in my backyard earlier this spring and I kept thinking “it’s teaching me a lesson”. One single tree, standing tall in a sea of branches that hadn’t caught up yet. It was blooming. Fully, boldly, unapologetically blooming, while every tree around it was still bare. Still waiting. Still dormant. And you know what? It didn’t seem to care. It didn’t ask for permission. It didn’t wait for the others to give it the okay. It just bloomed. This tree reminded me of something really important: You don’t have to wait for the world to catch up before you begin to grow. You don’t need the perfect conditions or the approval of those around you. You don’t have to explain your timing. If you’re ready, bloom anyway. Even if people think it’s too early. Even if they look at you funny or question your momentum. Even if they’re still in their winter. Your season doesn’t have to match theirs. Your growth is yours. So if you're feeling the nudge, the push, the stretch toward becoming something brighter, fuller, more you, trust that. Lean in. Bloom when you’re ready. This little tree did. And it was the most radiant thing out there.</image:caption>
